Xiaomi has already detailed its latest flagship, the Xiaomi Mi 9, but it’s now revealed the Mi Mix 3 5G in Barcelona as part of MWC 2019.
The phone differs from the standard Mi Mix 3 by offering a Snapdragon 855 chipset and Qualcomm’s X50 5G modem. But otherwise, you’re looking at the same slider design as the standard model.
The company also conducted a 5G video call, claiming it was the first time it conducted a 5G video call outside of China.
The Mi Mix 3 5G will retail for 599 euros, quite possibly making it the cheapest 5G flagship of 2019. The device will be available in May, so you won’t have to wait too long to get your hands on the phone.
This is a developing story…
